Don Harvey
Don Harvey is Counsel to our firm and attended Osgoode Hall Law School before being called to the Bar in Ontario in 1997. He has experience in personal injury litigation matters, having successfully helped clients obtain compensation from insurers and people responsible for their injuries as well as acted for insurance companies in defending personal injury and no-fault benefit claims.
From this experience, Don knows how insurance claims departments work. He has worked closely with claims adjusters and has developed strategies to ensure that his clients are properly compensated for their injuries.
He has the experience and expertise to advise you when it is appropriate to accept a settlement offer, and when you should dig in and prepare to fight to get a better level of compensation.
Don is a house league hockey coach and is involved in local development and environmental issues. He has worked with the following organizations:
